Welcome to AgeWell. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Services
AgeWell provides domiciliary care, care homes, and transition homes for elderly individuals. Our services include personal care, medical support, and daily living assistance tailored to the needs of each client.
Eligibility
To be eligible for our services, clients must be elderly individuals requiring care and support. Assessment of eligibility will be conducted by our professional team.
Agreement
By availing of our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this document. Any disputes or issues must be addressed according to the procedures set forth herein.

5. Cheques drawn on AgeWell 24×7 Services Pvt. Ltd.– All payments should be accompanied by quoting the sales order reference number, which will be communicated clearly by AgeWell. Our payment gateway is Zoho Payments

Refund Policy
- Types of Refunds:
a. Full Refund: Customers cannot return products or cancel services for a full refund within a specific time frame. However, it is possible before commencement of service if the customer where the customer has not yet signed the contract.
b. Partial Refund: Proportional portion of the amount paid by customer is eligible for refund if the contract is terminated with at least 15 days’ notice. Accordingly, proportional refund amount will be computed from beginning of next month in the case of Attendant service.
c. Exchange: Customers cannot exchange the purchased service for another service. Instead, the existing contract may be terminated before signing up for another/replacement service.
- Transparency:
a. All service initiation and service changes shall be clearly communicated by AgeWell to customers through SMS/WhatsApp and Email. Customers are cautioned not to proceed with payment unless they get an Email or WhatsApp or SMS quoting the Sales Order reference number.
b. The refund policy to customers shall be displayed on www.agewellcare.in to avoid misunderstandings and build trust.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Window:
a. Timeframe within which clients can cancel an appointment or value-added service other than attendant service, without a penalty is 3 working days before appointment date.
b. Timeframe within which clients can cancel an attendant service without a penalty is not applicable. It is possible before commencement of service if the customer has not signed the contract. This is needed to safeguard interests of the appointed attendant. - Cancellation Fees:
a. Fees will be charged for late cancellations or missed appointments for Value added services other than Attendant Service is INR 100.00 - Procedure: a.
Steps customers need to follow to cancel a service or appointment are to call our service phone line or WhatsApp number 9147409940 and request, within office hours – 09:00 am to 06:00 pm on weekdays and Saturday. Sunday is a holiday. - Exceptions:
a. In the unfortunate advent of the serviced client passing away, services can be cancelled without penalty on the same day.

- Care Plans: Each client will have a personalized care plan developed by our professional team.
- Modifications: Care plans may be adjusted based on ongoing assessments and feedback from clients and their families.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior notice as specified in the agreement.
Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy details how we handle your personal information.
Liability
AgeWell will not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred while using our services, except in cases of proven negligence or misconduct by our staff.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of India.
Changes to Terms
AgeWell reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients and will be effective immediately upon notice.
