1. How can your company assist me as a senior citizen?

We in Agewell provide all kinds of medical and non-medical assistance to senior citizens.  You can avail the services of our Wellness Managers who are at your service 24*7. You can also avail our trained attendants and certified nurses. Moreover, you can avail our VAS services that includes doctor on call, physiotherapy, diagnostic service and a range of other service. 2. Why is registration fee required for availing your services?

By paying a registration fee, you can avail all our services in a seamless manner. A lifetime membership is granted through this one-time registration fee and you become a part of our growing elderly people’s community. You can also avail various offers that we declare from time to time once you become a member.

3. How fast can I expect a wellness manager to respond to me in emergency?

Your assigned wellness manager will reach you in 15 minutes or shortest possible time to cater to any emergency. The pool of wellness mangers are created area wise so that they can cater to any emergency within the shortest possible time without having to waster precious time in traveling.

4. How do you train your wellness attendants?

We have our fully equipped internal training centre with laboratory which is run by us. The training is imparted by highly qualified trainers using the most appropriate curriculum. During training, care is taken to see that all candidates are learning effectively. Evaluation is carried out at the end of the training and certificate is awarded to the successful candidates.

5. What are the safety measures you follow while hiring a wellness manager/attendant?

While hiring our wellness managers & attendants we undertake stringent background verification so that we can protect our members from any untoward incident. We also collect their KYC. The attendants sign an agreement with us and also sign on a self-consent letter. Besides these, a consent letter is also taken from his or her immediate guardian.

6. How can your wellness attendants help my parent with their daily activities?

Our attendants can support you in carrying out all your daily tasks like toilet support, bathing, food, grooming, checking your daily vitals, giving you medicine, helping you with mobility, organizing your stuff etc.

7. How can I contact customer care after office hours?

Our customer care numbers are open round the clock along with WhatsApp support. In late hours in the night, response may be slow but someone will definitely attend to your calls. For emergency service, you can directly call your personal wellness managers round the clock.

8. Do you provide services around the clock? Do you provide emergency services?

Our emergency hospitalization service is available round the clock. All other services are available from 8 am to 8 pm.

9. Can I change my package at any point of time? Is there any tailor-made package?

You can change your package anytime you feel like and upgrade yourself to a more suitable package. There are also tailor-made packages available to match your requirement. Please talk to our wellness executive to know the details.

10. How can your wellness attendant help me in case I fall critically ill?

We have trained and certified (ANM/GNM) nurses who are qualified and experienced in handling critically ill patients including ICU patients.

11. How much time does it take to avail a wellness attendant?

You will be provided with a wellness attendant within 3-5 hours of putting in the enquiry.

12. What are the services can I expect from a wellness manager?

Your wellness manager will help you with emergency hospitalization, medicine supply, ambulance service, shopping and errands, companionship, mobility support and social support.

We accept payments through NEFT, cheque and UPI. We do not accept cash payment.

We have specially trained dementia caregivers who can take care of people with any memory issues including people suffering from Alzheimer’s.

16. Why do you suggest domiciliary care?

In domiciliary care, elderly can stay in the comfort of his or her own home with all the necessary support services that we provide. In Agewell, we take care of all medical and non-medical needs.

17. How fast can we get medicines when we order through Agewell?

We deliver medicines within 24 hours.

18. Do you provide any discount when we order medicine through Agewell?

We provide up to 15% discount while you order medicine from us.
