Register Your Interest
Click to register and fill out a simple form with basic demographic information.
Initial Contact
We will reach out via WhatsApp or call to schedule a brief, 5-minute structured conversation to understand your needs and explain our service methodology.
In-Person Assessment
If you decide to proceed, we will send a Wellness Manager to visit you or your parents for a detailed assessment (approx. 30 minutes).
Service Customization
Our sales team will contact you to discuss and tailor the services to align with your Annual Care Plan and budget (approx. 30 minutes).
Annual Care Plan Preparation
Based on the assessment, our doctor will prepare a report and an Annual Care Plan, offer free of charge until December 2025.
Additional Information Gathering
To address any gaps in the assessment, a nurse may contact you or your parent for further details (15-20 minutes).
Service Agreement
Once you agree, you'll sign the contract and pay the package fee to confirm the services.
Service Deployment Plan
We will finalize the deployment plan, obtain your sign-off, and immediately allocate a Wellness Manager to oversee your care.
Commencement of Service
The agreed services will begin as per the deployment plan.
